Privacy & Security
Titanium Invoice™ was built from day one on a foundation of TNO (Trust No One).
In practical terms: your invoice/client document contents do not go to Titanium Invoice™-controlled servers.
Your business information stays with you — on your devices, and (if you choose to enable sync) in Apple iCloud as encrypted sync data.
The Titanium Invoice™ website (titaniuminvoice.com) is designed to be informational and privacy-respecting.
We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking. We do not create visitor profiles.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that provides aggregated traffic insights.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to avoid user-level tracking (no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site profiles).
Like most websites, Cloudflare may process standard request logs (which can include IP addresses and request metadata)
for security, performance, and abuse prevention. TechDr does not use this information to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security or performance.
Your invoices, quotes, clients, expenses, and settings are stored locally on your device in the app’s sandboxed storage.
At rest, this is protected by Apple’s platform security (device passcode/biometrics, Data Protection, sandboxing, and encrypted storage).
Titanium Invoice™ also adds safeguards in how sensitive data is handled, previewed, and exported.
If a device is lost or stolen, device authentication and platform encryption are the primary line of defense.
Titanium Invoice™ is designed so sensitive content is not casually exposed — especially when the app is locked.
If you enable iCloud Sync, Titanium Invoice™ encrypts sensitive sync data before it leaves your device.
What is stored by Apple iCloud services for sync is encrypted sync data rather than readable invoice/client content.
Exports are different from syncing. When you export (CSV/PDF) or share/email a document, you are intentionally creating a copy that may live outside the app’s protected storage depending on where you save or send it.
Titanium Invoice™ shows a clear warning and requires confirmation (biometric or passcode) before an export proceeds.
Ownership remains with you: exported files are yours to store, share, or delete as you see fit.
Tip: Save exports to a private iCloud Drive folder or a vault with access controls. Delete old files you no longer need.
