Titanium Invoice Documentation Hub

Explore feature guides, reports and exports, and our privacy-first security stance.

Settings

Set up company details, subscription, payment methods, branding, messaging defaults, exports, sync, and security. Changes apply to new documents unless noted.

Encrypted by Default

All data is stored locally and encrypted at rest. When you export (CSV/PDF/ZIP) or share, you'll confirm first since the file leaves the encrypted container.

Settings remembers your scroll position — when you return to Settings, you land near where you left off.

Subscription

View and manage your Titanium Invoice™ Pro subscription directly from Settings.

  • Plan — shows your current plan (Free or Pro, and which tier).
  • Status — Active, Expired, or Pending.
  • Renewal date — when your current period ends.
  • Restore Purchases — tap to restore a previous purchase on this or a new device. Feedback is shown on success or if no purchases are found.
  • Manage Subscription — opens a direct link to manage, change, or cancel your subscription in the App Store.

Company

  • Company name, email, phone, address, website — shown on invoices and statements.
  • Default tax rate (%) — used for new line items. Existing items and invoices are never changed.
  • Hourly Rate — global default for new service line items. Set it once and it seeds every new service automatically. Raising your rate in the future only affects new items — historical invoices are always preserved at the rate that was in effect when they were created.

Statements Branding

Toggle branding on Client Statement PDFs (logo, contact info, footer). Helpful when statements go to accounting teams who need clean, professional documentation.

Payment Methods

Configure the payment methods that appear on your invoices. Only enabled and populated methods are shown — your clients see exactly how to pay you, with no guesswork.

  • Bank Transfer — Account Name, Routing Number, Account Number.
  • Digital Payments — add Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or any combination. Each provider has its own enable toggle and value field (username, email, or handle).
  • Check Payments — Payable To name and mailing address.

Titanium Invoice™ never processes payments or takes a cut. These details are printed on your invoice so your client can pay you directly.

See also: Payments.

Messaging

  • Default note to client — pre-fills the Note on new invoices with a reusable message.

Email

  • Invoice templates — subject and body defaults for invoice emails.
  • Quote templates — separate subject and body defaults for quote emails.
  • Placeholders[FirstName] [LastName] [InvoiceNumber] [Total].

Customize templates in Settings → Email. See also: Emailing.

Client Review Request

Optionally include a review request in invoice emails to encourage happy clients to leave a public review. The request appears in the email body only — never on the invoice PDF.

  • Review Link — enter any review URL (Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any platform). A test button lets you open the link directly from Settings to verify it.
  • Message template — fully customizable text with token support:
    • [ClientName]
    • [ReviewLink]
    • [CompanyName]
  • Include in invoice emails toggle — enable or disable without deleting your template.

See also: the review request overview on the homepage.

Reports & Exports

Open the Reports hub to preview and export PDFs/CSVs. A "Heads-up" dialog and authentication protect against unintentional unencrypted exports.

  • Export Destination — choose Local Save (files go directly to Titanium Invoice → Exports in the Files app) or Share Sheet (iOS Share Sheet appears after authentication).

Details: Reports & Exports.

iCloud Sync

Keep data in sync across your devices. When enabled, data uses pre-egress encryption — encrypted before it leaves your device — following the TNO model.

On a fresh install, if iCloud data exists, an explainer sheet describes the sync model and encryption before restore begins. You are always informed before any sync activity.

Security

  • Hide App Preview in Switcher — blurs the app in the iOS recent apps view so your business data is never visible in snapshots.
  • Re-auth grace period — choose how soon the app asks for Face ID/Touch ID again after backgrounding.

Backup & Restore

Create a secure backup of all your data. Backups save to Files → On My iPhone → Titanium Invoice → Backups with a timestamped filename. A success alert shows the full path, with an option to Share immediately.

To restore, open a backup file and choose "Open with Titanium Invoice." Authentication is required before any data is written.
