Clients

Add, edit, and organize your clients. From a client's detail screen, use the three-dot (…) Actions menu to Call, Email, get Directions, create a New Appointment, generate a Client Statement, or start a New Invoice or Quote — all without leaving the client screen.

Encrypted by Default: all client data is stored locally on your device and encrypted at rest. When you choose to email a PDF or share anything externally, it leaves that encrypted container and becomes your responsibility.

Add & Edit Clients

  1. Open Clients → tap to add a new client.
  2. Fill in name, email, phone, and address. You can paste or type free-form — Titanium Invoice™ formats as needed.
  3. Or tap Import from Contacts to pull details directly from your device's address book. Only the fields you select are used — the full address book is never ingested or stored.
  4. Tap a client to view or edit details at any time.

macOS note: on Mac (Designed for iPad), client creation uses an in-app contact form that saves directly to the system Contacts database. Full keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift-Tab) is supported.

Actions Menu (three-dot …)

From a client's detail screen, tap the three-dot (…) button in the top-right to open quick actions. Everything you need for that client is one tap away:

  • New Invoice — creates a new invoice with this client already selected.
  • New Quote — creates a new quote with this client already selected.
  • Client Statement (PDF) — generates a branded PDF statement for this client with their billing history, totals (Billed / Paid / Outstanding), and optional logo. No navigation required — the client is prefilled automatically.
  • Call — places a phone call using the client's saved number.
  • Email — opens Mail with your subject/body templates applied and the client's address prefilled. Placeholders like [FirstName] and [InvoiceNumber] are supported. See Emailing.
  • Directions — opens the client's address in Maps for turn-by-turn navigation. See Directions.
  • New Appointment — creates a calendar event linked to this client, with their address pre-filled as the location. See Appointments.
Privacy note: generating an invoice, quote, or statement PDF to attach to email exports a copy outside the encrypted store. You'll see a confirmation and authentication prompt before any file is shared.
