Logo

• Pick company logo (PNG/SVG): Use a transparent PNG or SVG for best print results. ~700px wide or larger recommended.
• Scale & vertical offset: Fine-tune size and nudge the logo up/down so it aligns with your header.
• Preview first: Changes reflect in the live PDF preview before you save.

Tip: If a PNG looks soft on paper, try a higher-resolution source or an SVG.

Company Info Under Logo

Choose which fields show under your logo on PDFs and arrange their order.

• Show/Hide per field: Email, Phone, Address, Website.
• Reorder: Use Reorder to drag items into the exact sequence you want.

These controls live under COMPANY INFO UNDER LOGO in Settings.

Live Links in PDF

Make your contact details tappable in exported PDFs and the live preview.

• Website link (https://)
• Email link (mailto:)
• Phone link (tel:)

Enable or disable each link independently under LIVE LINKS IN PDF in Settings.

Statements Branding

Toggle whether client statement PDFs include your logo, contact block, and page footer (e.g., page numbers).

• Client Statements: Branding On/Off (default On).

Useful when statements go to accounting teams who need clean, professional documentation.

PDF Appearance (Overview)

Invoices and quotes inherit your logo and contact block and follow the app's clean layout. Use the live Settings preview to confirm the look before sharing — what you see in the preview is exactly what your client receives.

"Paid" Stamp

Apply a branded Paid stamp to settled invoices. The stamp appears automatically in the preview and exported PDF when an invoice's balance reaches zero.

• Stamp selection: Pick from built-in styles.
• Position: Choose a preset (e.g., top-left, center) or enable drag placement to position it exactly where you want it.
• Position lock: Lock the stamp's custom position to prevent accidental movement when scrolling Settings. Uses a clear lock/unlock toggle so you always know the current state.
• Rotation: Rotate the stamp to any angle. The rotation applies consistently to the Settings preview, the on-device invoice view, and all exported PDFs.
• Color & opacity: Match your brand color and adjust visibility.
• Brightness: Fine-tune stamp brightness independently from opacity — useful for different invoice color schemes where the stamp needs to stand out more or less.
• Scale: Make it noticeable but not overpowering.

Roadmap: "Overdue" stamps are planned but not available yet.

Default Note to Client

Prefill the Note on new invoices with a reusable message — terms, payment instructions, or a thank you. Editing a specific invoice note never changes your default.

Default Email Templates

Set the default subject and body used when you send invoices and quotes by email. Quotes use separate templates from invoices so each communication matches its document. You can still tweak per send.

• Supported placeholders: [FirstName], [LastName], [InvoiceNumber], [Total]
• Signature: Add a short sign-off with your business name and contact info.

Sync & Privacy

• iCloud Sync: When enabled in Settings, your branding settings sync across all your devices automatically.
• Security: Branding data follows the TNO model with pre-egress encryption — encrypted before it leaves your device, just like your documents.

Troubleshooting

• Logo looks blurry: Upload a larger PNG (≥ 1024px wide) or SVG.
• PDF colors look dull in print: Choose a slightly deeper shade — some printers desaturate.
• Email placeholders aren't filling: Confirm you used the supported tokens exactly and that the invoice has those values set.
• Stamp moved when I was scrolling Settings: Enable Position Lock under the stamp controls to prevent this.
